In less than 60 days, President Obama has:
- Moved to have your tax dollars pay for abortions overseas
- Put $50 million in the budget for the UN population fund (UNFPA) using our tax money for abortion and sterilization—including forced ones in communist China
- Moved to pour millions of tax dollars into embryonic research
- Overturned Bush’s directive to the National Institutes of Health to encourage ethical alternatives to embryonic stem cell research. This opens the door to allow millions of your tax dollars to be redirected to flawed, ineffective killing of embryos.
President Obama is now moving to revoke President Bush’s rule on healthcare workers that protected nurses, doctors, pharmacists and others in the profession. The rule allowed them to refuse to perform abortions or other medical procedures/processes that violated their moral principles and personal religious beliefs. |

Away from the cameras and press late Friday, President Obama signed an executive order that will pour millions of taxpayer dollars into abortion programs worldwide.
Back in 1984, President Reagan instituted what is known as the Mexico City Policy, which forbade tax money to be used to support abortion anywhere around the globe.
This executive order is the beginning of Obama’s promise to do away with all hindrance to abortion.
I wanted to express my disappointment to the White House. Here is the message I sent:
Dear President Obama,
I’m praying for your success. But I am very disappointed about your revoking the ban on U.S. taxpayer funding of international agencies that perform abortions. I DO NOT want my tax dollars to be used to end the lives of the unborn—here at home or abroad.
I OBJECT to this executive order and hope you will consider, out of respect to those morally opposed to abortion, to stop using our tax money against our convictions. And I hope that instead of moving to increase abortions in America, you will use your leadership to prevent them.
Please send an email to President Obama. Go to
www.whitehouse.gov and click on the “Contact Us” link to send your comments straight to the White House, in hopes of delaying or stopping pro-abortion actions.
Also, send me a copy of a reply and/or your letter. Email them to

Nanny state bans fireplaces
South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) feels it earned its $125 million tax money by banning wood-burning fireplaces. There are to be no wood-burning fireplaces in new constructions, and government has imposed new, restrictive regulations on existing fireplaces.
This liberal social engineering is creating a police state, reducing our choices and freedom. |

“There are many ways in which pro-choicers are [moral] relativists. Most obvious, they do not favor a choice in the case of the father of the child in the womb or even the child in the womb itself; rather, they believe that the choice goes only to one party—the mother alone.
“The very issue of the 'choice' is completely relativistic—as is the question of its humanity. Who decides whether the life in the womb is a baby or merely a blob of tissue that can be discarded? Who decides if it is a life? The pro-choicer affirms that this decision is not based on medical science, theology or anything but the mother alone...
“Pro-choice feminists believe that the morally decisive factor in an abortion decision is the mere right to make the decision, a right restricted, but varying in (acceptable) outcome, for each and every prospective mother-to-be.
“The father cannot be the moral arbiter in this decision because he is not endowed with the legal right of equation, trumping all other rights, including a right to life for the unborn child.
“Does this make sense? Does it seem fair? The result is over 40 million aborted babies in America alone since 1973.”

The Second Look Project is running anti-abortion radio ads in San Francisco (click here to hear them)
Planned Parenthood in a push to silence the ads is asking the local radio stations to stop the ads because they spread “lies” and “gross inaccuracies.”
Pray for the success of the ads and the stations not giving in to the pro-abortion demands. |
