ACLU/Judicial Activists Stop Bible Distribution PDF Print Email

The liberal activists on the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have ruled that the Gideons can no longer distribute Bibles in a classroom or anywhere else at school.

After four parents sued with the help of the ACLU, the school district in Missouri changed its 30-year-old policy to allow distribution only after school or during lunch break.

The judges still said no.
