In past issues, I've reported on Poway High School student Chase Harper suing over not being able to wear a t-shirt opposing homosexuality and including a Bible verse. The court ruled in favor of the school district because statements about sexual orientation, if not positive, can be restricted by the school. In other words, Christian free speech, thought and expression in school is dead—unless its prohomosexual. Is this not viewpoint discrimination? What do you think?
