Grocers dodge unfair ordinance

I'm glad to report that Judge Ralph Dau overruled Mayor Villaraigosa and City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo as they tried to impose an unfair, illegal, antibusiness ordinance.

The city had singled out grocery stores based on size and whether or not they were unionized.
