For about 6 years I was in charge of my church singles group.

With well over 100 co-eds, I was concerned about singles' roomate choices. Now the 9th Circuit Court is contributing to what I'll call "singles abuse."

Roommates.com was taken to court by taxpayer-funded Fair Housing Council of San Fernando Valley and the Fair Housing Council of San Diego.

The court says the website cannot require users to disclose their sexual orientation.
