Good news from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Based on the 2005 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in favor of allowing the Ten Commandments to be displayed in Texas, the court will allow a monument in Everett, Washington, to remain.

A suit had been brought by the liberal Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
