Not long ago Vietnam's president, Nguyen Minh Triet, came to the United States. His focus was on advancing trade and technology between his country and the U.S...so Nguyen avoided discussing human rights and religious freedom in his country.
However, a documentary on Vietnam's horrendous human rights/religious freedom record called Underground Reality: Vietnam was captured on film last year and is now available on DVD from The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM), a ministry dedicated to helping persecuted Christians in nations like Vietnam.
The documentary covers a group of Western teens who travel to Vietnam to document the religious persecution there.
“The president of Vietnam calls evangelical Christians law-breakers and says they should be punished,” says Todd Nettleton, spokesperson for VOM.
“These aren't troublemakers or rebels. Yet they are arrested, beaten and imprisoned. We've received a list of more than 100 Christians currently held in Vietnamese prisons.”
The United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) listed Vietnam in its May 2007, report as a &ldquo:Country of Particular Concern" in regards to religious freedom.

Already over 2 million southern Sudanese have been killed (Christian and Non-Muslim) and over 4 million have been forced to leave their homes by the Islamic Sudanese People Liberation Movement (SPLM).
They failed to withdraw troops from the south by July 9 and are continuing an agenda of forced Islamization in southern Sudan.
Now, a new move by the SPLM will further increase the probability of genocide with millions more likely to die.
Pray for the situation. And pray for our President to have the wisdom to help.

For over 20 years, Barack Obama sat without protest under the teaching of his spiritual mentor, Dr. Jeremiah Wright.
Dr. Wright and his church, Trinity United Church of Christ, are advocates of Black Liberation Theology.
This is important, because in understanding this ideology, you can understand the vitriolic preaching, the anti-Semitism, the racism, the anti-Americanism, the odd beliefs such as blaming the U.S. for 9/11 and the propagation of the HIV virus.
Much of it mirrors Marxist doctrines of class struggle and economic determinism.
Black Liberation Theology was defined in 1969 by the National Committee of Black Church Men.

In a free society, any publication can say “no” to accepting advertising for whatever reason.
But it's said that some will—out of fear or hatred—deny an ad that even subtly mentions Christianity.
But that's what Morningstar—one of the largest providers of financial information did. They decided all Christian “undertone” be eliminated from this ad. Click here to see the ad.

Both Christian kids and secular kids (especially those in their 20s) often glorify Che Guevara, even 40 years after his death.
At pro-illegal immigration marches and antiwar demonstrations you'll see his image on signs and shirts. They glorify him with $27 T-shirts and posters. But Che Guevara was at heart a terrorist. Guevara was a...
- Cold blooded murderer
- Castro and Guevara imprisoned a greater percentage of Cuban political and religious people than Stalin did in the Soviet Union
- By percentage of the population, he helped execute more Cubans in the first three years of power than Hitler did in his six years
Guevara wasn't a saint or a martyr. He was a communist killer.
Question for all: Would you wear a T-shirt with Hitler on it? Stalin? Then why Che?
