Secular clubs get special privilege on some high school campuses—while Christian clubs face discrimination. A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Aaron Grider who has been refused the right to form a Christian club. The school recognizes many clubs, including the Gay Straight Alliance, R.E.A.C.H. (adversity club) and many more. Recognized groups advertise their meetings over the school's public address system, appear in the yearbook and receive other benefits. The Thomas More Law Center filed the suit to change the school policy. |
