On October 31, 2006, Al-Qaeda released a new, updated version of its manual A Guide for the Undecided on the Legitimacy of Killing Christians. First published in 2002, the 56-page manual has counterterrorism experts concerned that the rerelease is evidence of Al-Qaeda again setting its eyes on America.
